Results 2nd August

In the Barnsley Wednesday night Leisure Leagues 6 a side league at Shafton ALC/Outwood academy there were some excellent matches played.

Thurnscoe continued their good start to the season with a 6 – 1 win over AFC Average with Reece the man of the match for Thurnscoe.

Second and third place met as Bayern Bru lost 2 – 0 to Maggits Reunited.

Titans edged out Colonel Getafe 3 – 2 in a game that could have gone either way. Craig Lunn the man of the match for Titans.

 Expected Toulouse continued their improved form following their switch from the Sunday league with a 2 – 0 win over Exeter Gently and a man of the match award for Gav.

The final match of the evening saw top v bottom as leaders Grimey came out 7 – 0 winners against BID FC with BID keeper Martin named man of the match.
