Results 9th August

In the Barnsley Wednesday 6 a side league there were some excellent matches played at Shafton ALC/Outwood Academy.

Leaders Grimey beat second placed Maggits Reunited 4 – 0 with Sam White the man of the match. Sam now goes clear on his own at the top of the race for the player of the season award with 4 man of the match awards this season.

In form Titans moved in to third with a 4 – 1 win over Exeter Gently with Craig Crow-Powers receiving the man of the match award for the Titans.

Expected Toulouse and Colonel Getafe played out a 1 – 1 draw with Gordon Smith named man of the match for Toulouse.

And in the final match of the evening AFC Average beat BID FC 5 – 1 with Kian man of the match for Average.
