In the thrilling eighth week of the Oxford Monday 5-a-side Football league, the teams battled fiercely leading to some spectacular results across three divisions. The Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2 matches were packed with great performances, culminating in several breathtaking matches.

In the Premier League, Christ's Children FC and Bayer Nevelosen played a particularly fierce game, with the scoreline locked at 4-4 at the final whistle. The Ninja Skrtels secured a decisive victory over Misfits with an impressive 7-3 win, and Stagecoach outplayed The Dragon FC with a score of 5-2.

Division 1 too, witnessed some intense action. FC Copenbadly emerged victorious over 2 Goals 1 Cup with 6 goals to 1. KFC managed to outperform Puyol Pants Down FC with a 3-1 victory, and Ladzio dominated the game against Misfits Reserves, securing a substantial 8-2 win.

The Incredible Sneijdermen showcased their prowess by defeating LIGHTNING SQUAD 8-4, while Rebel FC clinched a narrow win over Oxford Original with a scoreline of 4-5.

The undoubted star of this week's games was Iain Lockey from Bayer Nevelosen. His stupendous performance on the field led him to be named the most valued player of the week.
