Another good week of 6 a side down at Portchester Community School as match day 3 was played out. Unfortunately Swan Lake Reserves were unable to attend along with Portchy Pirates this week.
Three teams have had a perfect starts to the season as Line Up Lads, Swan Lake and UTF all have 100% records after three games. Line Up Lads sit top on goal difference after a points match win. Swan Lake saw Eliot Roberts bang 5 goals along with one from Jack Mitchell to win 6-2 against Murder On Zidane's Floor, Stuart Guilfoyle with a brace in reply for Zidane's. UTF have also made a bright start to life in the Prem as they won 6-2 against Locks Heath Lads. The tightest match in the Prem saw Kipsta edge their game with Mirror Signal Malouda 4-3. Goals from Tyler 2, Dan and Sam.
Put Matip In went top of Div 1 after a points match win gave them three wins from three. Who Asked got back to winning ways after last weeks draw with a 5-1 victory against What Happened? The other two matches in the division could of gone either way but saw Rafa Cakes and Fullerbeer both return with the points in the bag. Rafa Cakes winning 5-4 against Borussia Donmund while Fullerbeer beat Pathetic Athletic 3-2.
Thank you to all our teams. Also a special thank you to Shane and Con for sorting the night out a ref down. Brad who was supposed to ref was involved in a car crash shortly before the start of the league and was unable to attend. Thankfully he is ok which is the most important thing although the car doesn't look so good. Also thank you to one of the players for helping out collect balls etc. Cheers Rich
