PORTCHESTER 6 A SIDE - MONDAY NIGHT ACTION

We had another entertaining night of 6 a side in Portchester last night as our Monday teams gathered for week two of their new season.

We are still looking for new teams to form a new division here so anyone interested in some summer football can get in touch now and join the teams waiting to get started. 

Inter Mivan are the newest side to get involved and they will take up a place in the current division when we return from next Mondays bank holiday break. Occasionally Utd took a 5 - 0 win this week to launch their season while all the other games we saw were absolute beauties. New side Doormats continue to impress and built on their win against Swan Lake last week with a well earned point against High as a Kuyt. 4 - 4 the score to put both teams well placed early on in the campaign. Lightfoot are the only side with 2 wins so they sit top having beaten 106 FC last night. Swan Lake bounced back this week with a 4 - 2 win over Borussia Donmund in what looks like being a far more competitive season than we have seen in recent times. 

Great work from Shane and Woodsy on the whistles and thanks to all the players for being part of a brilliant round of games. 

We are off next Monday because of the bank holiday but will return on Monday 5th June with a full line up of teams.
