A thrilling week nine of the Portchester Monday Football League saw titanic clashes in Division 1, resulting in some exciting games and excellent individual performances.
DIVISION ONE
Unavailable Albion FC demonstrated their prowess on the pitch with an impressive 5-1 victory over Chfc. The star of the night was undoubtedly Archie King, whose hat-trick for Unavailable Albion FC not only secured their win but also placed him as the top scorer in Division 1. In another gripping match, How Low Kanu Go managed to bag a satisfying 3-1 win against the Ugly Ducklings. Despite a valiant effort from the Ducklings, How Low Kanu Go's robust defence and smart tactics ultimately saw the team to a well-deserved victory.
The final match of the evening saw Ruud Van Nipplejoy cruise to a 4-0 win against Ray and Proud, showcasing their offensive prowess and solid defence. Their victory displayed the strong cohesion and tactical brilliance of the team, setting a high standard for the rest of the season.
