A good night of 6 a side football in the wind and rain later on in the evening at Portchester with all teams in attendance apart from Liam Howard FC who did contact us later to apologise for not showing. Thank you to Jimmy Floyd Bottle Bank for staying on so Pants still had a game.
In the biggest match of the season and what looks to of almost decided the title Bayern Bugle came from behind to win 2-1 against Viking FC to move 3 points clear of them with just 2 games to play although Bayern do have 2 tough matches to come, one of which is against Sergio Gamos Lee who are now also 3 points behind after a 5-2 win over Moleicester City. The other being against 4th placed Saxon who won 2-1 against Bukakke Babes. Finally in the Prem new side VFL Ket defeated 5 man Soccer City 6-1 to get off to a good start.
In Div 1 the top 2 didn't have it easy this week with Inter Menan coming from 3-2 down to win 6-3 against a spirited Foxes Forest side who gave them a real scare. Second place Bayer Neverlusen who were missing their captain and talisman went down 4-1 to Oldan Pathetic who move to within a point of Bayer to keep promotion hopes alive, however Bayer do have 2 very winnable games coming up but you never know in football. In other results Pants got a 5-0 points match win due to Liam Howard not attending and Jimmy Floyd Bottle Bank recorded a 4-1 victory over Portchy Pantherz.
Well done to all teams and see you next week.
