Div 1 title race hots up at Portchester Thursday 6 a side

A night of very close matches in Div 1 down at our Portchester Thursday 6 a side league with every match ending in a draw or a one goal victory. The Premier league saw the top two win and march on!

We start in the Premier League where Viking FC stay top of the table after a 4-1 win over Lads On Toure to keep themselves a point clear of reigning champions Sergio Gamos Lee who defeated HMS St Albans 8-1. A little further back are Stroke Titty who had a points match win last night. Finally PPS had an impressive 9-3 win over Happy Sunflowers.

In Div 1 the outcome of the title has been blown wide open after Wanyama's In Pyjamas beat top of the table Roach On Toast FC 3-2 which cuts Roach's lead at the top to one point as second place Portchy Pantherz secured the victory against Jimmy Floyd Bottle Bank 2-1 to close the gap. Wanyama's are then a further two points behind and still in with a great chance of securing a top two finish. AFC Baldy are level on points with Wanyama's as they were held to a 1-1 draw by Pants. Last but not least Haven't Got a Kalou picked up a 2-1 win over Foxes Forest FC.
