Portchester 6 a side Thursday match day 8 results!

Thank you to all teams in attendance at our Portchester Thursday 6 a side league last night as we played match day 8. Unfortunately Viking FC had to pull out at late notice due to a few players not being able to attend however thank you for covering your match fee and giving some notice so we were able to arrange something for your opponents.

Sergio Gameos Lee took advantage of Viking not being there as they rattled in 11 against Kalou without reply to lead the Premier League by one point. The battle for the golden boot continues between Bailey Steele and Jack Mitchell. Jack gaining a goal back in the race as he scored 5 to Bailey's 4 last night. Stroke Titty are now in second spot as they picked up a points match win with Viking away. Goals from Muldrew and Janes helped Roach On Toast to a 2-0 win over HMS St Albans while Lads On Toure boosted their survival hopes with a narrow 1-0 victory against Happy Sunflowers, Lewis Andrews scoring the only goal of the game.

Wanyama's In Pyjamas moved 3 points clear while the chasing pack took points off each other. Smith, Ray and Layton on target as Wanyama's beat Jimmy Floyd 3-0. Pants are up into second now as Wood, Moses, Noyse, White all scored twice to add to a goal from Hawkins in their 9-3 win against Chicken Tikka Taka who's goals came courtesy of Jones, Davies and Hillyer. Foxes Forest ended a poor run of form with a 2-1 win against Fenerbackache, Albie Scottney banging a double. Jonny Bell with the lone reply for Fenerbackache. Finally an end to end game between Who8AllThePie and Weight Watchers ended with a 5-3 win for Pie, great team names haha, what a match up lol! Who8AllThePie goalscorers were Neely 2, Spencer, Shearer and Clemans. Weight Watchers goals from Hatton 2 and Mack.
