PORTCHESTER 6 A SIDE - THURSDAY NIGHT ACTION

Great to see all our teams in action for the 2nd week of our season in Portchester. We welcomed Mike in as an official to join Dave and Al as some fresh eyes on event and a good night of games welcomed him. Full Kit Wonkers made it 2 wins from two having got the better of Champions Sergio last week they followed up with a 7 - 2 win against Lads on Toure last night. Matthew Page and Luke Boyes scoring a couple each with Matt H getting a hattrick for the leaders. Sergio bounced back with a convincing win over Who8AllThePie. Charlie Steele scored 6, Jack Mitchell 5 and there was even a rare collectors item from captain Ryan Woods. Joe Neely hit back for Who8 with 4 but Sergio kick off their campaign with a comfortable 20 - 5 win. It was 1 - 1 in the game between AFC Purbrook and Sigurdsson's U14's with Pep and Jordan getting a goal each for their sides to wrap up the top flight action.

Into Division One where we have 2 sides with maximum points after the 1st few weeks, Chicken Tikka getting the better of Pants 8 - 1 to go top, Jake Burden with two of the goals. Happy Sunflowers match them on points following their 5 - 2 win against AFC Goodworks in part thanks to a hattrick from Harvey Jobling while BSC Hung Boys got their season moving in style with an 11 - 0 win over COB FC, Zach having a great night in front of goal with 7 for his team.
