A good night of 6 a side despite being down a referee, we apologise for any delays but a big thank you to Callum and Con for coping with running the night between the two of them.
In the Premier league Sergio Gamoes Lee continue to dominate, this week it was Happy Sunflowers that had to suffer a 7-1 defeat. Sergio have now won all 8 of their fixtures and look on course for another title. Moving up into the runners up position are Saxon FC who are 4 points adrift but also put in a impressive performance to win 7-0 against AFC Baldy. Due to Pique Blinders being away For Evra Young picked up a 5-0 points match win and in the other match Bayer Neverlusen won 3-0 against VFL KET.
In Div 1 there were some much tighter matches with top of the table Portchy Panthers getting another win this time by a 2-1 scoreline against Haven't Got a Kalou. Second placed Moleicester City also came up with a victory to remain 2 points behind. In another close match they beat Jimmy Floyd Bottle Bank 4-2. There was a one sided affair as PPS met Foxes Forest with PPS running out 8-0 winners. While finally there was a great performance by Liam Howard FC to win 3-2 against Pants to climb the table into 3rd, also just 2 point off the top.
Thank you to all teams, there is due to be a pitch repair at the venue on 21st March so there is unlikely to be a league next Thursday but will confirm either way once the venue come back to us today or by Monday latest.
