Excitement was the name of the game at the East Cowes Sunday 6-a-side Football League, where the final week of the season's action took place. The teams battled it out in what proved to be a thrilling conclusion to an entertaining eleven weeks of competition.

In Division 1, the night was filled with high-scoring encounters. A standout performance saw Zoe's Law decimate Twogirlsonefacup with a 25-1 victory. Zoe's Law's star player, Joe Butcher, netted an incredible 10 goals, making him the top scorer in the division.

In other matches, Scouting For Goals managed a convincing 7-2 win over Badder Roma. Muga V4 faced Zola Eclipse, with the latter triumphing 9-1. The nail-biter of the evening was undoubtedly the clash between Kick And Collect and Khedira Pin Drop, where the latter team managed to edge out their opponents 8-7 in a tightly contested battle.

However, the most valued player for the week was not from any of the high-scoring teams. Kade Woodford from McNeil Deal was awarded the honor for his immense contribution both on and off the ball which helped his team secure a significant position in Division1.

As the final whistle blew, it was Scouting For Goals who emerged as the winners of Division 1. With a total of 22 points and 11 wins, they were the clear forerunners in the league, demonstrating a brand of football that was both effective and entertaining.
