With the final of the Euros taking place this coming Sunday 14th July we have made the decision to cancel the fixtures for this week. These fixtures have now been moved to the end of the season, so please make sure you follow the fixture times scheduled for the 21st July as listed on the website for when we return the Sunday after.

This week in the East Cowes Sunday 6 a side Football League we saw some nail-biting victories and record-breaking performances across Division 1 and Division 2.

In Division 1, Nyash Wanderers overcame Khedira Pin Drop with a score of 6-4. It was an evening to remember for Jenson Norman of Nyash Wanderers, who emerged as the top scorer in Division 1, contributing a stunning four goals to his team's tally. Inter Yer Nan were gifted at 5-0 victory against We Lose Every Week 5-0. Muga V4 was no match for Twogirlsonefacup, who achieved an emphatic 9-1 victory. Getafe Me Mason secured a victory over AC Me Rollin', with the final score being 5-3.

Over in Division 2, Zoe's Law triumphed over Reeces Pieces with an 8-4 victory. Joe Butcher of Zoe's Law emerged as the top scorer in Division 2, scoring an impressive three goals for his team.

Deserving special mention is Lukey Phillips from Zoe's Law who was announced as the Most Valued Player of the week. His exceptional performance significantly contributed to Zoe's Law's victory, further solidifying his team's spot in Division 2.

The East Cowes Sunday League continues to provide a fantastic platform for local football talent, with an enthralling mix of great performances, high intensity, and passionate gameplay.
