New East Cowes Sunday 6 a side season kicks off!

NEW EAST COWES SUNDAY 6 A SIDE SEASON KICKS OFF!

The inaugural week of the highly anticipated East Cowes Sunday Football League ended last night with some thrilling matches in Division 1, producing a series of awe-inspiring performances and a few surprises.

DIVISION ONE  

Teams across the board showcased their skills, resulting in some high-scoring matches that had us on the edge of our seats last night. In the Division 1 games, champions Khedira Pin Drop clashed with Inter Yer Nan, ending in a nail-biting 5-4 win for Inter Yer Nan. New boys Getafe Me Mason triumphed over We Lose Every Week with a score of 4-2 while Twogirlsonefacup outperformed Badder Roma in a 9-5 victory.

AC Me Rollin' dominated the game with an impressive 11-3 victory against Le Saux Solid Crew, setting a high standard for the season. In another exhilarating match, Nyash Wanderers defeated Muga V4 with a 9-2 win.

The star of the week was, without a doubt, AC Me Rollin's Henry Smith. Scoring a staggering total of 4 goals, he emerged as the top scorer in Division 1 also earning him title of the Most Valued Player of the week. Smith’s performance was a thrilling spectacle, demonstrating his exceptional skills and dedication to the team.

His performance has set an exciting tone for the season. If the first week is anything to go by, we are in for an extremely competitive and thrilling season. We can look forward to more thrilling matches, outstanding performances, and extraordinary talent in the East Cowes Sunday Football League.
