It was another superb evening's football in the Stafford Monday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their matches across both divisions as scheduled.
It's tight at the top in the Premier Division as four teams are separated by a solitary point. Mark O Pirlo sit top on goal difference after sharing the spoils with another team in the mix, a 1-1 draw between them and Team Green the full time score. Second place Ivory Toast played out a goalless draw with Tekkerslovakia, with Ivory yet to concede so far this campaign. Neves sit on the periphery of the top after overcoming a young Berkswich Boys by 2 goals to 1. FC Chippy registered a first win of the campaign as they smashed 7 past Rowley Park FC who could only muster one in reply. Braziliant moved up to fifth place with a single goal win against FC Staffs who drop into the bottom two.
In Division One Jam FC's perfect run of results continued, they won an entertaining clash with VCFC by 4 goals to 3. Who Ate All Depays lost ground on the summit as they went down 4-2 to Is Your Motherwell. Girouds Baguette and and BTB FC picked up wins to remain 2 points off the top in a congested top four in the table. 99 Problems moved up to sixth place with a 1-0 win over bottom of the table Real Ale Madrid.
