It was a good evening's football in the Stafford Monday 6 a side league overall this week, with all teams in attendance barring cancellations from FC Chippy and Mark-O-Pirlo, who we thank for contacting us and look forward to seeing return on Monday 22nd November.
New team Koch N Bales joined the Premier Division this week and recorded a debut 2-1 win over Le Saux Solid Crew, a result they'll be looking to build on as they get used to the league. Tekkerslovakia moved up to fourth place as they won 3-1 against Ivory Toast, and Croft FC were beaten 4-1 by Ajax Trees, a result which drops them to fourth.
Division One remains very tight as just two points separates the top three sides. Rowley Park FC stay top of the pile following their 3-2 win against BSD VI, whilst Girouds Baguette keep the pressure on, as they thrashed Prince Alberts 8-0. Real Ale Madrid climbed from fifth to third place with their 6-0 thrashing of 99 Problems, whilst there were also wins for Pique Blinders and Its Going to Get Messi to complete the action.
We wish all teams good luck going into week 12's fixtures with Stafford's premier providers of small sided football!
