Monday 21st June - Stafford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Stafford Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for their matches apart from Neves Gonna Give You Up who will be spoken to accordingly.

It's as you were at the top of the Premier Division as Mark O Pirlo continue to lead the way, closely followed by Team Green, both of which won their fixtures 4-1 this week.  Third placed Ivory Toast stay within a point of the top two as they edged past bottom of the table FC Staffs 3-2.

Jam FC continue to run away with Division One as they made it 9 wins in a row since joining.  They were made to work for the win this week as they edged past mid-table Girouds Baguette 2-1.  It seems the second promotion spot is all that is to play for as four teams are separated by just three points, with BTB FC, VCFC, Is Your Motherwell and Who Ate All Depays are all in the chasing pack.
