It was a good evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw the season get underway in fine fashion and some entertaining matches played across the division.

SPS were the week's big winners this week as they got off to a flying start, winning 6-1 against Class on Grass, whilst Greyfriars were 5-1 victors over Fugazi FC in another impressive performance.
We Lose Every Week picked up their 4th win in 6 games since joining the league, and got off to a winning start this season, suggesting they will be in and around the title hunt this season, they were 4-0 winners against Boulty's Boys, whilst Paris Ganjaman sealed a 2-0 win over Dalton Sixes.
Nothing could separate 99 Problems and Falcons Unathletic as the two played out a 1-1 draw in a closely fought encounter.
