Sunday 15th August - Stafford Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining football on display as ever!

The Borrowers continue to lead the way at the top of the table which seems to be a familiar sight.  They recorded their sixth win from seven games but were made to work for it by a young Dalton's Sixes side, 2-1 the final score.

Boulty's Boys leapfrogged this weeks opponents in the table and moved up to second place as they brushed aside Class A's by a convincing 5-1 scoreline, the top four teams are now separated by just 2 points which keeps things interesting as the season reaches a third of the way through.
