Sunday 17th March - Stafford Round-Up

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Stafford on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only exception being PSV Hangover who will be spoken to accordingly.

The Borrowers lead at the top of the Premier Division was cut to just two points after they lost their first game of the campaign, beaten 2-1 by Casa Classix who sit in third, also just two points off the top.  ST15 Elite stay in second place on goal difference after their 4-0 win over Brewery's, whilst fourth placed A12 beat rock bottom Multiple Scoregasm 1-0.  SPS move up the table and within a point of their opponents Chicken Tikka Mo Salah who they beat 2-0 this week.

In Division One, Meathead FC were beaten 2-1 by second placed We Go Again, who, although they remain second are now level on points with this weeks opponents, just goal difference separates the two.  Crouch Potatoes missed the opportunity to close the gap on the top two, as they were held to a 0-0 draw against AC Milford, who move off the foot of the table with this result.  Pique Blinders were narrow winners over Boulty's Boys who they beat by a single goal, whilst IForce overcame Mandy FC 2-1 who they move level on points with.
