It was another excellent evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league which saw all 12 teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night, and some very closely contested matches played as ever.
The Borrowers lead at the summit extended to five points this week, as their 3-0 win over My Little Bony, coupled with second placed Dalton Sixes 5-1 humbling by Class A's was enough to see the leaders pull further clear.
Boulty's Boys missed their chance to move up to second place with the above in mind, as their game finished honours even against Paris Ganjaman, a 3-3 draw the full time result. Fourth placed SPS were winners by a single goal against Fugazi FC, in a tightly contested game.
The mid-table clash between Pique Blinders and Falcons Unathletic was an entertaining encounter, although nothing could separate the two at full time, as the game ended 1-1.
