Sunday 18th November - Stafford Match Report

It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Stafford on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being a late cancellation from Paralympiakos and a cancellation with 7 days notice from Stafford Villa, we look forward to seeing both teams return on Sunday 25th November.

There were some very closely contested matches played across both divisions this week.  Starting in the Premier Division where A12 sprung a surprised result as they edged out second placed The Borrowers 2-1 in what some may consider a surprising result.  There were also wins for Beaman's Demons who edged out SPS 1-0 and the other league game saw Casa Classix and Multiple Scoregasm draw 2-2 in an entertaining encounter. 

We Go Again missed the chance to close the gap on top spot in Division One as they failed to take advantage of You Kante Be Serious drawing.  They were instead beaten 2-1 by Chicken Tikka Mo Salah who are now level on points with second.  Huws Gray and IForce are also level on points as four teams are now tied on 12 points which makes for an interesting second half of the season!
