It was a good evening of 6 a side football in Stafford on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night apart from Casa Classix who had cancelled with 7 days notice and return as normal on Sunday 3rd March.
The Borrowers sit top of the Premier Division after a fourth straight win as they overcame Multiple Scoregasms 4-1 and are 2 points clear of the competition following the 1-0 defeat for ST15 against You Kante Be Serious. SPS beat Paralympiakos by a single goal whilst Chicken Tikka Mo Salah were 2-1 winners over Brewerys in an evening of close games in the top division.
Division One was equally as close in a majority of the games. The biggest winners of the evening were We Go Again who beat AC Milford 4-1. Meathead FC dropped their first point of the season as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Mandy FC in what was an entertaining encounter. Boulty's Boys are now level at the top as they beat Exeter Gently 1-0. Other action saw a 2-0 win for Pique Blinders over PSV Hangover and Crouch Potatoes edge past IForce, 1-0 the final score.
We wish all teams good luck going into the next round of fixtures with Stafford's premier provider of small sided football.
