Sunday 25th April - Stafford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some extremely tight matches played throughout the night, three games drawn and three separated by a single goal!

The Borrowers moved a further point clear at the top, extending their lead to six points as they picked up a hard fought 2-1 win over Boulty's Boys, whilst second placed Expected Toulouse were held to a 2-2 draw against third placed Exeter Gently.

We remind all teams that the Sunday league will be on as normal on Sunday 2nd May as the venue is open on the Bank Holiday Sunday as normal.
