Sunday 8th August - Stafford Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some entertaining matches played across the division.

Boulty's Boys dropped out of the top two this week after suffering a surprise 3-2 reverse at the hands of Dalton Sixes.  Elsewhere Pique Blinders ran out winners by a single goal in their meeting against Stafford FC in a tightly contested game.  Falcons Unathletic picked up their first points of the campaign with a 4-1 win against SPS, a result which pulls them out of the bottom two.  Finally, FC Underdogs and We Maja Cry shared the spoils in an entertaining game which ended 2-2.
