Overall it was an excellent evening of 6 a side football in Stafford on Sunday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions. The only exception to this was Coton FC who had three players attend but the rest of the team weren't there. They'll be spoken to accordingly and confirmed to return on Sunday 15th September.
The Borrowers suffered a second consecutive defeat since wrapping up the league title, their latest a 1-0 reverse at the hands of Who Ate Depays who remain rooted to the bottom. Crouch Potatoes were 4-0 winners against FC Underdogs whilst Expected Toulouse moved into third spot following a 1-1 draw with Ruud Van Nipplejoy.
In Division One PSV Hangover edged closer to the title as they won 5-2 in their match against Wang Gang, meaning just one more point will seal the title for them. Exeter Gently were 8-0 winners over AC Milford meaning they are also just one more point away from promotion. IForce and Boulty's Boys couldn't be separated as they drew 1-1 in the mid-table clash.
