Sunday 9th May - Stafford Round-Up

It was another fantastic evening's football in the Stafford Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night once again as scheduled and some closely contested matches played across the division.

There was a shock result at the top of the table as The Borrowers were beaten for only a second time in 18, a youthful The Boro running out 3-1 winners in a very impressive performance.

Expected Toulouse failed to close the gap and remain six points adrift in second place, they were beaten 2-1 by The Falcons.  Exeter Gently moved level on points but remain in third on goal difference, they were 3-2 winners in an entertaining match against Daltons Sixes.
