Sandown Monday 6 a side news | WEEK 10

The Sandown Monday 6-a-side Football League saw stirring action in its tenth week. The nail-biting clashes in both Division 1 and 2 showcased the exceptional talents of the teams, setting a high bar for the rest of the season.

DIVISION ONE
In Division 1, we witnessed some incredible footballing action. Westys Wanderers pulled off a convincing win over Thunder FC with a scoreline of 4-2. Meanwhile, in a high-scoring spectacle, the Whitecliff Wallies triumphed over Nitty Committee with an impressive 12-8 victory. However, it was the FC Seeds vs Simply Sixtoes game that drew the most attention, with Simply Sixtoes emerging victorious with an impressive 6-3 win. The star of Division 1 this week was undoubtedly Bradley Jackson, who netted an exceptional four goals for Simply Sixtoes, earning him the title of top scorer in this division.


DIVISION TWO
Over in Division 2, the highlight of the week was the thrilling match between Pukki Blinders and Sat Fesh FC. Sat Fesh FC took the day with a resounding 10-6 victory, leaving the audience in awe of their performance.


And who could forget the standout player of the week, Orlando Henderson from The Bees Knees? His performance this week earned him the title of Most Valued Player. Henderson demonstrated exceptional skill and determination, contributing significantly to his team's success and providing the fans with some unforgettable football moments.


As the Sandown Monday 6-a-side Football League moves into its eleventh week, the anticipation is building up. If the last week's games are anything to go by, we are in for a thrilling season of football.
