SANDOWN MONDAY NIGHT 6 A SIDE

The second week of this new season of 6 a side in Sandown Isle of Wight has come and gone and we saw some great matches in one of the beast leagues on the island. Ashton Villa went one better than their point last week with a convincing 9 - 2 win this week. Robbie Woodford scored 4 and Asa Gough 2 for The Villa who sit 2nd after a couple of games. Bayer are top after a points win and last seasons Champions got their title defence going with a 2 - 1 win over JJ.FC.

In Division One 2 sides remain unbeaten, Retro's are top after getting past Leavemyarcelona 4 - 1 thanks to a Max Hawkins hattrick and Two Girls match them on points after an entertaining 6 - 3 win over Steeler Virginity. Josh Paine the main man in front of goal with a hattrick. Pukki Blinders got their 1st points with a 6 - 2 win against Eye of the Tiger, Ollie Frost with 3 of the goals. 

Big thanks to the officials in the Sandown league, great to see some decent football being played. Hopefully the season can go from strength to strength.
