WEEK TWO OF SANDOWN 6 A SIDE

We had a no show last night in our Sandown 6 a side league, leaving another team without a game. This is so frustrating when we put so much work into communicating with teams each week. Please remember to get in touch if you can't play, it's really unfair on the other teams to just not turn up...

So we are looking for a new team to go into our Premier League. This league has some good, strong sides in so we are looking for a group of players up for the challenge of competing with them. The games we did have last night were as entertaining as ever. There were goals a plenty for Jehov while The Six Offenders got the better of Retro's in a tight game that ended 4 - 2. JJFC obviously take a 5 - 0 win for the no show from Crispin Army who have been contacted and can hopefully explain their absence. 

Div One included an absolute classic between Norfolk in Chance and Hayley's Comets which went the way of Norfolk 8 - 7 while J Bashers continued their good start to the season with a 6 - 2 win over the promotion favourites Gianfranco Elis. Two Girls were too strong for Sandown Cliffs and came away with the points after a comfortable win. 

Well done to everyone that took part in week two, we look ahead to the next round of games and will hopefully be back at full strength for then.
