Salisbury Monday 6 a side news - match day 10

The Salisbury Monday Football League delivered an exhilarating spectacle in week 10 with impressive displays across both Division 1 and Division 2.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, with a couple of teams away we saw a round of friendlies as Goofy Slugs went top on goal difference.

DIVISION TWO

On the other hand, Division 2 was a scene of high-octane action and goal galore. Backyard UTD triumphed over Pique Blinders with a scoreline of 5-3 whilst Winless FC beat Lads And Dads 8 - 3. However, the highlight of the division was Hotspire FC's emphatic 13-1 victory over Dad Bods. This massive win was largely due to an exceptional performance by Callum Ferguson, who single-handedly netted six goals.

Callum's performance not only made him the top scorer of Division 2 this week but also earned him the accolade of the Most Valued Player of the Week. His speed, agility, and exceptional goal-scoring ability were pivotal in Hotspire FC's significant victory, demonstrating his integral role in the team's success.

As the Salisbury Monday League continues, these standout performances add anticipation to the upcoming weeks. We will undoubtedly be watching closely as the teams continue their pursuit of glory. Particularly, all eyes will be on Callum Ferguson as he looks for more goals!
