Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a fantastic round of fixtures in our Shrewsbury Monday League which saw all teams in attendance as scheduled. We were thrilled to welcome Map Group FC and Happy Meole to the league!

In the Premier League, Ellesmere Rangers returned to form with an impressive 6-0 victory over Happy Meole. Another standout match saw Dale FC shock league leaders Tonys Tigers with 5-1 masterclass. Jock Itch FC were also in fine form, securing a  8-2 win over league debutants Map Group FC. Meanwhile, Hardly Athletic eked out a tight victory over FC BACK OF THE NETO, finishing with a 3-2 scoreline.

Over in Division 1, WBS FC emerged victorious with a clean 4-0 win against Autism On Turf, anchored by an exceptional performance by Leo Duckett who scored two goals. Duckett's exhilarating play earned him the accolades of most valued player of the week, a testament to his critical role in WBS FC's success.The excitement continued with Anchor FC overcoming KFC with a 7-2 scoreline. The Regular Guys and Halfway Wanderers ended their match in a 2-2 deadlock, while FC Shrewbacca overcame Grange R Us 3-0, reflecting the competitive and unpredictable nature of Division 1.
