Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was fantastic evening of action in our Shrewsbury Monday League with all teams in attendance as scheduled. We thank all teams for their continued support and reliability as always!

In the Premier League, Hardly Athletic edged out Ellesmere Rangers 3-2 in a nail-biter, while FC BACK OF THE NETO outpaced Jock Itch Fc with an impressive 5-2 victory. Notably, Tonys Tigers and Map Group FC battled to an intense 4-4 draw. However, the highlight of the night was certainly Dale Fc’s victory against Happy Meole, scoring an10-2 win. The standout performer was Ash from Dale Fc, who topped the scoring charts for the week with a total of three goals.

Over in Division 1, FC Shrewbacca demonstrated their dominance with a 9-1 triumph over Autism On Turf, fuelled by a remarkable seven-goal haul by Craig. Grange R Us showed their mettle with a 2-0 victory over The Regular Guys, while Anchor FC were impressive in a 3-0 win against Halfway Wanderers. To round off the excitement, WBS FC clinched a close 3-2 win against KFC.

As the season heats up, so does the competition, with the players relentlessly striving for glory in one of Shrewsbury's most engaging and competitive football leagues. Each week brings more anticipation as we look forward to more thrilling encounters on the pitch.
