Title: Dale FC & Anchor FC Triumph in Week 5 of Shrewsbury Monday Football League

The Shrewsbury Monday Football League's fifth week saw some impressive victories and top-notch performances from the players of the Premier League and Division 1.

In the Premier League, Dale FC showed off their title credentials with an impressive 5-1 victory over Ellesmere Rangers. Dale FC's dynamic gameplay and effective teamwork shone throughout the match.

Map Group FC also mirrored the same energy with a 5-1 win against Happy Meole. Other Premier League teams in the limelight were FC BACK OF THE NETO, who triumphed over Tonys Tigers with a 6-3 score, and Jock Itch FC who continued their fine form against Hardly Athletic with a 5-1 victory.

The star of the Premier League was undoubtedly Sam from FC BACK OF THE NETO, who bagged a total of 4 goals, securing the title of the top scorer of the week.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, the teams left no stone unturned to outshine their competitors. KFC started the league on a high note by beating  Autism On Turf in a jaw-dropping 15-0 victory. Halfway Wanderers also demonstrated their skills, shutting WBS FC out with a 4-0 win.

However, the highlight of the week was Anchor FC's stunning 13-0 win over Grange R Us. The Regular guys will return to competitive action as normal from next week!
