Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was great evening of football at Shrewsbury Leisure Leagues on Monday which saw 4 new teams join the league. We're delighted to announce the league will be growing to 16 teams in April so sign up now to guarantee your spot!

In the Premier League, Charles Darwin FC set off fireworks by beating U5 with a compelling score of 4-0. The newly formed team displayed high levels of teamwork and coordination, leaving U5 with no chance of retaliation. In the other matches, Magpies On Tour edged out Masala FC 3-2 in a nail-biting face-off, while OBL FC secured a hard-fought victory against Red Barn Utd, ending the match at 2-1.

The standout player in the Premier League was undoubtedly Ben Willis of the Magpies On Tour, racking up an impressive total of 2 goals and securing a place at the top of the league's scoring charts.

Over in Division 1, fans were treated to a goal-fest as WEMERDALE beat ABP FC 11-1. The Water Boys also demonstrated their prowess on the pitch, leaving Bumfica in the reeling with a commanding 11-0 victory.

The star of Division 1 was, without a doubt, Alex from The Water Boys, who single-handedly netted a whopping 6 goals, setting the bar high for his competition.
