Play in the Shrewsbury Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

It was a brilliant evening of action in our Shrewsbury Thursday league. We were delighted to welcome Buzzards to the league who mad their long awaited debut! 

In the Premier League, OBL FC had an intense match against Buzzards ending in a narrow 2-1 defeat. Despite OBL FC's valiant efforts, Buzzards secured their victory with an impressive performance. In another dramatic match, Red Barn Utd kept a clean sheet with a 2-0 victory over Masala FC. The highlight of the evening was the clash between Magpies On Tour and U5, which saw the Magpies edge out a 3-2 victory. The Premier League division’s top scorer of the night was the skilled Will Smout of Magpies On Tour, who scored an impressive total of 2 goals.

Over in Division 1, the competition was equally as fierce. The Foxy Boys scored a sensational 5-4 win against ABP FC in a high scoring match that had spectators on the edge of their seats. Meanwhile, Bumfica was unable to hold out against WEMERDALE, succumbing to a 3-1 defeat. The standout player of Division 1 was Joseph Travis of The Foxy Boys, who netted a remarkable 4 goals in the match. Petr Cech His Hardrive return to competitive action next week!
