SUNDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER SITTINGBOURNE 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS

All the action from the Sittingbourne 6 a side Sunday league direct from the Sittingbourne community College.

It was a good night in the league with the teams in attendance playing some great football. 

Before we get on to last nights action, a reminder to all teams looking to join the league. If you register your team before 15th September not only will you receive free entry in to the league but you also have a chance of winning your team a brand new kit to play in worth over £100.

Onto the action and in the Premier league their was a good 3-1 win for Cesc on the Beach as they beat Sheppeys finest in what could be considered as a surprise result.

In another shock result league leaders Oldboys were defeated 1-0 by Who ate all depays making the top of the league very interesting.

Both THICC and Team Citrus were handed 5-0 wins.

In Division one it is very close with any team in the league still in with a shout of winning or getting promoted.

This was helped by current leaders going down 4-2 to Bad Kompany. Murston XI picked up an impressive 5-0 win over The Munzies while Invite only party took advantage of the days results by beating Papa Smurf 2-1 to close the gap on the leaders. 

Bacarys not included and Morgan & Friends played out a 1-1 draw.
