Monday 10th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across all three divisions.

In the Premier League, Severn Strikers and Châteauneuf-du-Pape played out a goalless draw in a tense encounter. Pickle Pinchers succumbed to a 0-2 defeat at the hands of Phoenix, while Salty Sea-Men edged out Daddy Ben 2-1 in an intensely competed match. Pepe Pig showed its class against Class On Artificial Grass, securing a narrow 3-2 victory.

Moving on to Division 1, Fuego Fc drew 3-3 with Full Kit Yankers. RR FC showcased their dominance with a 5-0 win over Purkinje Fibres. The Salt Men and FC Past It shared the spoils with a 3-3 draw, while Woodgreen FC emerged victorious against GSE with a 4-2 win.

Division 2 saw Unathletico Madrid scrape past We Lose Evra Week with a 2-1 victory. Monday Knights were the star performers of the night, outclassing Ashton FC with a 5-1 win. Moreover, Is Your Motherwell managed to secure a 1-0 win against Monner Athletic.
