Monday 11th March - Worcester Sixways Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across all three divisions.

In Premier League action, What Team Name claimed a solid victory against Châteauneuf-du-Pape with a scoreline of 4-2. The Phoenix side also put on an impressive display, clinching a 4-2 win against Class On Artificial Grass. Brap FC outplayed Daddy Ben with a 3-1 score, while Sporting Abeergut and Monday Knights ended in a 2-2 draw.

Over in Division 1, Full Kit Yankers managed to edge past Salty Sea-Men in a closely fought battle, ending with a 2-1 victory. Pepe Pig and Woodgreen FC couldn't be separated, ending their duel in a 2-2 draw. Inter Ya Nan overpowered Texas Oldham with a solid 5-2 win, while CWLC FC showed their dominance with a commanding 7-0 victory against Exeter Gently.

In Division 2, a thrilling match saw Backstreet Moyes snatch a 4-3 victory against GSE. Purkinje Fibres and Uow Futsal 2 couldn't find the net in their game, ending in a goalless draw. Monner Athletic secured the points with a 5-3 win against Chunk And The 7 Dwarves. Real SoSoBad and Unathletico Madrid provided a great spectacle, ending their match with a 3-3 draw.
