Monday 11th November - Worcester Round-Up

Another superb evening's football took place in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches across all three divisions which was great to see!

In the Premier League, Phoenix set the pitch alight with a dominant 5-1 victory over Fuego FC. The Salty Sea-Men schooled The Salt Men with an impressive 3-0 clean sheet, while Pickle Pinchers managed to sneak two past Châteauneuf-du-Pape, ending the game 2-0.

Division 1 saw some tight contests. Pepe Pig emerged victorious over GSE with a 3-0 win. Purkinje Fibres squeezed past Woodgreen FC with a slim 2-1 victory. Daddy Ben got the better of We Lose Evra Week with a 4-1 triumph, and Full Kit Yankers decimated 2goals1cup with an extravagant 9-2 scoreline.

In Division 2, Inter Ya Nan made a strong statement with a solid 4-0 victory over Gully Boys, Exeter Gently scraped a 4-3 win over Monner Athletic, and Chunk And The 7 Dwarves claimed a convincing 3-0 win against Is Your Motherwell. Unathletico Madrid overwhelmed Choppy Fellas with a 5-0 victory.
