Monday 24th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good end to the season in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring two cancellations, both of which return for the new season on Monday 31st March.

In the Premier League, Team Phoenix emerged triumphant, finishing their stellar season with a total of 25 points and a formidable 11 wins. This week, they battled fiercely with Class On Artificial Grass, which concluded in a high-scoring 4-4 draw. In another striking game of the Premier League, Châteauneuf-du-Pape secured a resounding 4-0 victory over Pepe Pig, while Severn Strikers triumphed over Salty Sea-Men with a score of 4-2.

Meanwhile, in Division 1, RR FC reigned supreme, accumulating a total of 27 points and an impressive 13 victories. This week's highlight was their 3-1 triumph over The Salt Men. GSE also put on a stunning performance, overpowering FC Past It with a 5-0 win.

In Division 2, despite a challenging game which saw Intern Milan losing 2-6 to Ashton FC, the crown was taken by Is Your Motherwell with a total of 22 points and 11 wins. Their final game was a convincing 4-1 victory over We Lose Evra Week, demonstrating their dominance throughout the season.
