Monday 7th April - Worcester Round-Up

Another good evening's football in the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week saw all teams in attendance throughout the night across all three divisions, and some superb football on display.

In the Premier League, there were some thrilling encounters. The match between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Phoenix ended in a goalless draw, while RR FC put on an impressive performance to defeat Pepe Pig 2-0. However, the most significant victory came from Class On Artificial Grass, who trounced Severn Strikers with an overwhelming 7-1 victory. Woodgreen FC also pulled off a clean 2-0 win against UTR FC.

Division 1 also had its share of excitement. Daddy Ben narrowly defeated GSE with a 2-1 scoreline. Full Kit Yankers edged out Is Your Motherwell in a closely contested 3-2 victory. The standout performance in this division came from Salty Sea-Men, who dominated the field with a 5-1 triumph over Purkinje Fibres.

In Division 2, Intern Milan emerged victorious against Alright Drive with a 4-2 win. FC Past It also claimed victory in a tight game against Monner Athletic with a score of 2-1. Ashton FC had a well-deserved 3-1 win over The Salt Men. The most intense game of the night was between We Lose Evra Week and Unathletico Madrid, which ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
