Monday 8th April - Worcester Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in game week 12 of the Worcester Monday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches across all three divisions as ever.

In the Premier League division, Phoenix dominated Sporting Abeergut with a 4-0 win, while Brap FC outscored Monday Knights 4-2. What Team Name secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Class On Artificial Grass, and Daddy Ben had a close 2-1 win over Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Moving to Division 1, it was a thrilling night with Full Kit Yankers narrowly losing to Texas Oldham in a 3-4 match. Inter Ya Nan had a solid 5-3 win against Pepe Pig, while Salty Sea-Men sailed to a 7-2 victory versus Exeter Gently. CWLC FC held their own against Woodgreen FC, ending the match with a 3-2 win.

Division 2 saw some intense games as well. Unathletico Madrid trounced Uow Futsal 2 with a 5-1 score. GSE outshone Real SoSoBad with a 6-1 victory. Chunk And The 7 Dwarves and Backstreet Moyes ended on a draw at 2-2, while Purkinje Fibres and Monner Athletic too finished with a 1-1 draw.
