Tuesday 12th March - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance throughout the night, the only exception being two.  We welcome back Snorting Lisbon next week.

We have removed FC Romania from the league after they failed to attend, they have moved to another day.  Crouch Potato have also withdrawn after completing their two week notice period.

We welcome two new teams to the league as replacements for the above.  We wish Netsix and Chill and Gitrightupit good luck going into their first fixtures on Tuesday 19th March.

In the Premier League Division, All Star Rejects narrowly outwitted Ringers Not Fingers with a 2-1 victory. BDS FC made their mark against Joel Touchmatip, with a convincingly strong 4-1 win. Meanwhile, Boi F.C. managed to keep a clean sheet against Dynamo Kebab in a 3-0 showdown.

Over to Division 1, Al-Mahartley registered an impressive 7-0 rout over LispHead Utd. In a closely contested match, Shed FC edged Back Of Leisure FC 3-1. Crouch Potatoes and Net Six And Chill battled it out, ending in a high scoring draw at 7-7. Murderonzidanesfloor claimed a 3-2 victory over MWL FC in another nail-biting encounter.

In Division 2, Busty Badgers and RB Old Boys fought to a 2-2 stalemate. Warndon Heath failed to score against Phez FC, who dominated the match with a 4-0 win. Centurions FC, despite their efforts, fell to Only Fools And Scousers in a 5-2 defeat.
