Tuesday 12th May - Worcester Round-Up

An excellent start to the new season in the Worcester Tuesday 7 a side league this week with all teams in attendance for the opening night of the new campaign.

Gangs of Dwight Yorke were in rampant form at the start of the season as they thrashed Crouching Woman Hidden Cucumber a massive 10-0!

Division One saw some closely fought games with all three winners only doing so by a single goal.  Inside England joined late last season but will be encouraged by their 2-1 win over Nutty Marauders to kick off the next campaign.

New team Warndon Heath played their first fixture in the league and suffered a 6-1 drubbing at the hands of Beaman FC as they get to grips with the league.  They will be looking to improve upon this in next weeks matches.
