It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches barring Cesc Pistols in Division One, who we look forward to seeing return on Tuesday 20th September.
Premier Division leaders All Star Rejects moved four points clear at the top, as they played the top v second clash (before kick off), which was surprisingly one sided, with Rejects running out 9-0 winners over Murder on Zidane's Floor. That result allowed Gruppo Select to move into second spot with a 6-1 win over AFC Airtek, whilst fourth placed Dynamo Kebab did their goal difference the world of good as they thrashed Wizards of Woo by 18 goals to 2. Purge FC leapfrogged this weeks opponents Boi FC in the table moving up to fourth place after a 3-0 win.
Green Army were in seventh heaven in Division One as they made it to the halfway point of the season with their perfect record intact, running out 4-2 winners over RB Old Boys. Nutty Marauders piled the misery on bottom of the table Busty Badgers as they put 9 past them without reply, whilst Centurions and Out on Bail shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw.
Sheffield Tuesday's rampant 12-3 win against Inter Yanan put them top of the Division Two table on goal difference, above Haywood Jablowme who's 7-4 win over Unreal Madrid wasn't enough to keep them at the summit. Warndon Heath moved into third position as they secured a 4-2 win over Bud Sweat and Beers, whilst ASBO FC also climbed a place to fourth with a 9-4 win over Notinyourmoms Forest.
As always, if any teams have any questions regarding the league, you can contact Shaun at Head Office on 0333 123 2340.
We wish all teams good luck going into game week 8 with Worcester's premier small sided football providers!
