Tuesday 21st August - Worcester Round-Up

It was another excellent evening's 7 a side football in Worcester on Tuesday which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night except 'BBC' who we thank for calling ahead and informing us they could not attend, they return as normal on Tuesday 28th August.

FC Timisoara seem to be running away with the Premier Division this season, the only team with a 100% record across all three divisions.  It remains to be seen whether anyone can recover that 4 point gap in the second half of the season.

In Division One Hakuna Juan Mata picked up a 4-0 win against Sex Drugs & Carlton Cole to extend their lead to 2 points after Rybrook Seagulls slipped up with a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Purge FC.

Maradona Kebab picked up a 1-0 win over Enville United to stay 3 points clear at the top of Division Two, but Murder on Zidane's Floor won't go away,  impressively winning 7-0 against an experienced 1860 Worcester side to show they are ready to capitalise on any potential slip up's and close the gap at the top should the opportunity arise.
