Tuesday 21st November - Worcester Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled and some excellent football played across the three divisions!

In the Premier League division, All Star Rejects showcased a dominant performance, sealing a 7-0 victory against Six Offenders. Similarly, BDS FC and Purge F.C. also demonstrated their supremacy on the field with 3-0 and 4-2 wins over Dynamo Kebab and Gruppo Select respectively. However, the most nail-biting match of the division saw Ringers Not Fingers clinch a narrow 1-0 triumph over Boi F.C.

Moving onto Division 1, Busty Badgers emerged victorious over Shed FC with an impressive 3-0 scoreline. SNORTING LISBON also put up a potent display with a 5-2 win over Joel Touchmatip. Meanwhile, a thrilling face-off between Crouch Potatoes and Inter Ya Nan ended in a 2-2 draw, while Green Army suffered a close 2-1 defeat against Exeter Slowly.

In Division 2, Phez FC managed a narrow 2-1 win against RB Old Boys, and Centurions FC overcame Only Fools And Scousers 5-2. Murderonzidanesfloor and Al-Mahartley emerged as the top scorers of the week in this division, hitting the back of the net 9 and 5 times respectively against Warndon Heath and LeaveMyArselona.

We are pleased to confirm the addition of new team LHG to the league from Tuesday 28th November!  They replace the outgoing Gruppo Select and we wish these good luck in their first fixture with us.
