It was another good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled across both divisions.
All Star Rejects went back to familiar territory this week as they now lead the way in the Premier Division, albeit on goal difference, this follows their impressive 4-0 win over Nutty Marauders, whilst NCO FC suffered defeat for the first time since promotion, losing 2-0 to Purge FC who won by this scoreline for the second week running.
Boi FC move up to third place with a 5-0 victory against Centurions as they lead a cluster of teams on six points, whilst fourth placed Dynamo Kebab shared the spoils with Scranny Bao in a game that ended 1 a piece. Bell FC rounded off the action and picked up their first victory of the season, recording a 6-2 win over strugglers Crouch Potatoes.
In Division One, Murder on Zidane's Floor now lead the way by a single goal, as their 5-0 win over Haywood Jablowme and Worcester Saints 4-2 win over Warndon Heath was just enough to tip the balance, although both remain on maximum points. Zoumas Kitkats lost ground on the top two as they slipped three points behind with a 3-3 draw against RB Old Boys.
Wootown Wanderers moved up to fourth position after an impressive 6-1 win against Battenhall Wanderers, with fifth placed Green Army winning a ten goal thriller against Pique Blinders by a 7-3 score line to complete the action.
We wish all teams good luck going into game week 6 with Worcester's premier providers of small sided football at Sixways!
