Tuesday 29th August - Worcester Round-Up

A good evening's football in the Worcester Tuesday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance across the three divisions, the only two exceptions being a cancellation from Joel Touchmatip and from TeamBlue, both of which return as normal on Tuesday 5th September as we get back on track following the summer holidays.

In the Premier League division, All Star Rejects showcased their dominance with an impressive 5-1 victory over Nutty Marauders. Meanwhile, Purge F.C and Gruppo Select battled it out in a fiercely competitive encounter that ended in a 2-2 draw. Sheffield Tuesday emerged victorious with a 5-2 triumph over Green Army, while Dynamo Kebab displayed their attacking prowess by securing a resounding 7-1 win against Crouch Potatoes.

Moving on to Division 1, Haywood Jablowme proved their mettle with a hard-fought 3-1 victory over RB Old Boys. SNORTING LISBON and Brap FC locked horns in a thrilling clash, with Brap FC eventually emerging as 6-4 winners. BDS FC and Boi F.C fought tooth and nail, resulting in a 1-1 draw that left both teams hungry for more success.

In Division 2, Busty Badgers showcased their attacking flair with a 4-2 triumph over Only Fools And Scousers. Warndon Heath and Scranny Bao engaged in a nail-biting match that ended 5-4 in favor of Scranny Bao. Centurions FC faced a tough challenge against Exeter Slowly, eventually succumbing to an 11-1 defeat.

We wish all teams good luck going into the penultimate round of this season's fixtures with Worcester's premier providers of small sided football, as there remains plenty to play for in all divisions!
